FluidTunes is a free app for Mac OS X by Majic Jungle Software, that enables you to control certain elements of iTunes using nothing but a wave of your hand (video below). The developers also point out that a nod of your head or a twitch of a foot will work too.
The universal binary, which is a tiny 788K in size, makes use of your computer’s camera to interpret gestures, providing much more intuitive control than a keyboard or mouse can manage.
The app is limited to cover flow mode, but from there you can control most of the essential functions like selecting an album, play/pause/stop and skipping tracks. FluidTunes requires OS X 10.4.11 to run and is available now for download.
