PhotoFast CR-3100 & CR-5400 New Pictures and Info (32GB Sony PSP Memory)

We have some more photos and info regarding the PhotoFast CR-3100 and CR-5400 thanks to tipster Hitori Futari, who visited the PhotoFast booth at Computex.

The devices enable the use of up to 16GB (CR-5400) and 32GB (CR-3100) of memory in the Sony PSP and were introduced at Computex 2008 in Taipei which ended yesterday.

The CR-3100 is planned to be released mid-July, according to Futari. Apparently the adapter is still undergoing design changes and testing and could look a little different upon release.

Futari said there is a thin umbilical cable that cannot be seen in the photos and has not been implemented into the prototype. The cable connects the mounted adapter with the memory slot on a PSP.

According to a contact he made at the event, PhotoFast’s up-to-16GB dual-slot reader, the CR-5400, may make the market in Japan as early as the end of June,

Futari was able to get a hold of PhotoFast’s press kit which featured the photos shown below.

Thanks for the tip Futari.
