Lingo Wireless Mouse Could Be The Smallest Yet

Following on from the tiny Z-Nano and the Ultra-Slim Optical Bluetooth Mouse, comes this little gem from Japan. Called the Lingo, it is claimed to be the world’s smallest wireless mouse and with dimensions of 27.5mm (1.08″) x 60mm (2.36″) x 19mm (0.75″), that’s not too difficult to believe.

The 800dpi Lingo Wireless Mouse gets a range of about 10m, around 15 hours of battery life and operates at a frequency of 2.4Ghz. The tiny USB 2.0 receiver appears to have a housing within the mouse too for when it’s not in use. A good idea, as it looks real easy to lose.

The Lingo is expected to go on sale in Japan next month for $50, but keep an eye on stores like Japan Trend Shop who may release it locally.

That would be great for traveling. Looks like something that would really sell well. One of those times when being smaller is better than larger. Its amazing how small we can manufacture things these days.
