Thanks to a joint venture between wedding planner First Advantage and Rocketplane Kistler Japan, grooms and brides will soon be able to tie the knot 62.1 miles above the planet in zero gravity.
The journey will last approximately 1 hour and the package includes a live broadcast of the marriage and reception for your guests on the ground plus an original space wedding dress (spacesuit with frills?).
All the extras like transport, accommodation and rehearsals will also be included in the price as well as a photo and video album of the event so you don’t forget where that $2.2 million went.
The service will operate from 2011, but the group is taking bookings as early as next month.
