Lenovo’s new NVIDIA Ion packing IdeaCenter Q110 Nettop is now available for sale – sporting a 1.6GHz Intel Atom processor, 2GB of RAM and a 160GB hard drive, with a price starting at $399.
Measuring the size of a small book – just 6″ W x 0.8″ D x 6.80″ H – Lenovo’s Q110 is slim and compact and includes an HDMI port for HD support, an ethernet socket, a headphone jack, as well as 4 (rear mounted) USB ports.
The IdeaCenter Q110 doesn’t include a keyboard, mouse or monitor – but you do get a neat little vertical stand to help save desktop space or alternatively, you can attach the Q110 to the back of your current LCD display via an included VESA mount bracket.
The Q110 will ship with Windows Vista Home Premium 64, plus Lenovo will also mail you out a free Windows 7 upgrade license after its release on October 22.
The IdeaCenter Q110 Nettop is available now direct from Lenovo for $399, plus if you don’t mind losing the Ion chipset and HDMI support – there’s also a Q100 model which runs $100 less at $299. Both are available in black or white and with the choice of either a plain or patterned design.
